At The Sugar Queen Boutique, your satisfaction is important to us! Each of our products is carefully made and packaged with care. Because our items are personal care and fragrance products, please review our policy below before placing your order.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (such as body sprays, scrubs, body butters, and candles), all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been shipped.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement or store credit for the damaged item.

 

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or your order is missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll correct the mistake promptly at no extra cost.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • An item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival and cannot be replaced.

  • An order is canceled within the eligible 24-hour window.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
